YOU voted for them as your “Audience Choice” to perform on the Late Show with David Letterman on Monday, September 17, during Premiere Week for We Made This Movie! They’ve also been chosen to score the “Funeral Drive” scene in WMTM; check that out here if you haven’t already!
We asked Simon Edwards for his reaction on being chosen by the audience to play their biggest gig ever and, well, words were hard to come by, “…… I’m speechless…..”
From the opening of voting to close, OGC dominated the social media landscape, at first getting their fans to vote, then their friends to vote, then their university to vote until finally, virtually all of Canada was clicking the VOTE button for them.
A special shout out to Aaron Crawford & The Badcards for making a very strong push and catching all of our ears in the process. We sincerely hope you still get the Letterman tattoo!
